I bought this Love and Beauty eyeshadow at Forever 21 about a year ago for a few bucks and was amazed at the pigmentation. The shadow is buttery, smooth, pigmented and so easy to apply. This is my favorite neutral eyeshadow color of all time. I sweep this all over my lid, inner corner and brown bone. It also can be use just as a great highlight shade. I unfortunately did drop it and it broke a bit, but it is still functional. I definitely want to pick up more of these, but the displayed in the Forever 21 stores in NYC are so messy and the makeup is always damaged, opened, or falling apart. I might have to order online.
